Our Story

Cincere Home Health Care opened its doors in 2023, though the calling began years earlier. Throughout our adult lives we have been called to be caregivers in one way or another. In the quiet of the pandemic, it became impossible to ignore the feelings we had, so we began the process of opening Cincere.

Years ago, in nursing school, a professor told me that I cared too much. It was meant as a caution. We have come to understand that “caring too much” is the truest thing about us, and it is the foundation Cincere is built on.

Part of Cincere’s background of caring comes from caring for our mothers. We walked with all three of them through cancer. We coordinated the appointments, learned the treatments, tracked the symptoms, and did everything we could to protect their comfort and their dignity. We lost all three of them. Our grief kept us steady on our path with Cincere.

So, we know what it is to carry the planning, the worry, and the long nights for someone you love. We know how much it means when someone competent and kind walks into the house and takes part of that weight. Cincere is our way of offering competency and kindness to families. This has become a living tribute to the three women who taught us how to fight, how to comfort, and how to love.
